| Cat Lucky to Survive Frozen Food Warehouse | |||

| No kitty would like to become a catsicle by getting stuck in a warehouse, but this kitty nearly did! A cat survived being trapped in a frozen food warehouse for at least a month. This at a warehouse in England which maintains a constant temperature of 28 degrees Fahrenheit. Numerous people working at the warehouse reported seeing the cat and attempted to cat the kitty for it’s own safety. Yet, no one was able to bring the kitty cat in. He was just to shy and quick to get away. After a month on the run they were finally able to bring the cat in and took it to the Leicester's RSPCA Woodside Animal Centre. The poor kitty cat didn’t get out of this tough situation completely unharmed though. The cat now appropriately named ‘Frosty’ had already been missing one ear when they caught him. At the center they had to remove the cat’s other ear and his tail since being rescued. So the poor cat probably isn’t feeling too good about his captures right now, despite their good intentions. Rachel Allcock, an RSPCA care assistant, started, "When he came into us he was pretty shy, which isn't surprising considering the ordeal he'd been through. He's a lovely cat and he's become very playful." The cat will have to spend some time at the center recovering from his ordeal and even being monitored before he can be placed for adoption. Hopefully, the cat will find a nice home with a warm and toasty fireplace to sit in front of on cold winter nights. Interestingly enough, another cat had been caught out in the cold for a good 20 days during freezing temperatures before being rescued and brought indoors.
